What happens after you write to us.

  1. We read it

    A person reads every enquiry. You will get an automatic acknowledgement immediately so you know it arrived, and a real reply within two working days.

  2. We reply with specifics

    Dates, what the two sessions involve, what it costs and what it includes. If your enquiry is about something we do not offer, we will tell you that instead of steering you into a booking.

  3. If you book, we onboard first

    Before you travel, you complete the athlete profile: date of birth, club or school, position, preferred foot, height and weight, medical history and current injury status, emergency contacts, and your consent choices. Nothing is assessed until that is complete.
