How it is arranged
By enquiry, and deliberately so.
- An enquiry rather than a checkout, so a person is involved before a hands-on appointment for a child is made
- Who will be delivering the session is confirmed in writing before the first appointment
- For anyone under sixteen, the consent needed from a parent or guardian is confirmed first
