F6App

From a diagnostic at Lee Valley to a report in the app.

The assessment does not change. What the app is being built to change is where the report, the score and the retest date live afterwards.

In development

F6App is in development and has not been released. Nothing on this page is live, and nothing you can book today depends on it.

The loop

Four steps, in order.

  1. Book a diagnostic

The assessment is booked and delivered at Lee Valley Athletic Centre, exactly as it is today. The app will not change what happens on the track.

  2. The report is released

Once the assessor has worked through the results and the feedback conversation has happened, the written report, the fEuzionScore™ and the plan are released to the athlete's account.

  3. The plan and the date

The development plan sits in the app with its objectives, review date and retest date, and the retest date is the next thing the account shows.

  4. The retest closes the loop

The same protocols, run again. The new release is placed next to the last one, and the plan becomes whatever it becomes next.

How a finding becomes a focus

Examples of the method, not of any individual.

How an assessment finding becomes a development focus
What the assessment showsPillarWhat the programme works on

Difficulty accepting feedbackPsychological / SocialA feedback routine, reflective questioning, emotional-regulation strategies
Inconsistent attendance or conductSocialClear standards, parent communication, an accountability plan

The pillar column names where a finding sits. What the five pillars are, and how a score and a band are arrived at, is explained on the method pages below.
