These are the site’s existing commitments. Nothing here is new because the app exists; the app is being built to keep them.
- Who will see the data
- Only people who need it for their role, under your recorded permissions. Sharing a report with a club, a scout or a school requires your consent, recorded separately from your consent to be assessed.
- Withdrawing a permission
- You can withdraw a permission at any time and we record the withdrawal immediately. The app is being built so that a withdrawal is one action in the account, and so that the record of it is kept.
- What the data is never used for
- Data is never sold and is never used to train third-party AI models. That stands for the app as it stands for the site.
- Clubs, scouts and schools
- Each is a separate permission, granted to a named organisation for a stated purpose, and each can be withdrawn on its own without touching the others.
- The fEuzionPro6het™ AI layer
- When it exists it will support a qualified human judgement, never replace one, and it will never be used to make a claim about a child's future.
