Focused assessment
Trialist academy report.
Two days of trial preparation, written up so an academy can read it.
A trial is a single afternoon in which somebody decides about a footballer on very little evidence. This is two days of measurement in front of it, written up in a form an academy recognises.
How it runs
Two sessions of 120 minutes, on two different days.
- The full battery, measured across both days rather than compressed into one
- Scored and banded per pillar, so a strength and a gap are both legible
- Written up as a report the athlete can hand to a club
