A question about a booking, a report, a plan or a retest goes through the contact page and is answered by a person. To ask what we hold about you or your child, to correct it or to have it deleted, write to hello@feuzionpro6het.com.
What in-app support will include
In-app support arrives with the app. It is being built to include the following, and it will not replace the contact page.
- Help from inside the app, with the account already identified
- A written explanation of every screen, in plain words
- A route to the assessor who wrote a report, for a question about that report
- A route to ask what we hold, to correct it or to have it deleted
